Dying hair is a very scene thing. Bright colors such as blue, red and green are very popular. Dye it every week if you want. You can have streaks of more than one color, layers of colors, or coon tails. Bangs are easily done, you can cut them yourself. Teasing your hair is easily done with a comb, and then spray it with hair spray so it stay.

Clothes: Alright, clothes can be easy. When your scene, just wear your own style! Wear bright colors. Mix and match patterns. Wear stripes with plaid. Wear a scarf for no reason. Throw a bright pink tie on when your wear green with your blue hair. Shoes, are easily picked. They don't matter much. Buy some tights and wear a puffy skirt or tutu. Wear big bows in your hair. Be different so that you stand out to everyone!
Pictures: Pictures are sometimes hard to take. You have to find the angle and position for your pictures. If you can't get good lighting then edit your picture and up the brightness and contrast. Be unique, no one wants to see pictures that all look the same. Have other people take your pictures too.
